Behind the scenes: Bringing the One Family series to life

We often get asked, “What’s it actually like to work with your team?” So here’s a real example with no fluff and no agency-speak. Just an honest look at how we work, what went right, what we wrestled with, and why we care so much about getting it right.
The ask: “We need full coverage.”
The One Family series was built around a clear, beautiful message: unity, healing, and belonging. The leadership wanted the visuals to reflect that across every platform (Sunday screens, patio TVs, social media, email, and signage).
Not just a pretty social media graphic. A fully-integrated creative suite, adapted to the tools their team already uses.
Step one: Strategy that fits the message
We started where we always start - by listening. We asked about the heart behind the series, what the church hoped people would walk away with, and what environments the content would show up in.
From there, we developed a clean, neutral visual direction with warm undertones - something that felt calm, clear, and inviting, without overwhelming the message itself.
Step two: Intentional creative, human-centered collaboration
Our designers and project managers worked closely to create a full asset library:
- Social graphics
- Web and newsletter visuals
- Screen slides
- Graphics for signage and lobby displays
All files were structured, labeled, and delivered with the Sunday production team in mind. We integrated everything with platforms the client already uses (like ProPresenter, Dropbox, and Google Drive) so the team didn’t need extra steps to get it live. And yes, we managed feedback and approvals in Asana. Because simple systems = speed.

What made it work
Two things: clarity and collaboration. The client team came in with a strong vision and message. We came alongside with structure, design, and intentional rollout. Everyone stayed aligned, and we kept moving forward - even when there were edits or design pivots.
Everything was crafted with a purpose. Not just to look good, but to serve the people delivering the message on the ground.
Grateful, always
To the team behind One Family: thank you for trusting us. We’re always honored to help turn meaningful messages into visuals that actually work online and in real life.
