Wagner’s Mission of Hope
When Wagner launched Reaching the Unreached, he wasn’t looking to build a viral social media platform. He was answering a call. A call to step outside the walls of the church and into the streets, to bring the love of Jesus to people who might never walk into a Sunday service.
Through Reaching the Unreached, Wagner has made it his mission to serve in the margins. He goes where others won’t, loves without conditions, and meets tangible needs while sharing the gospel. From feeding the homeless in city neighborhoods to praying with families in underserved communities, Wagner and his team shows up with open hands and a heart full of faith.
Last year alone, Wagner traveled eight times to preach, serve, and provide food, clothing, and critical resources. This year, Reaching the Unreached has six more missions planned, including trips to Cuba, Colombia, and El Salvador. In every place he visits, Wagner embodies the heart of his ministry. He doesn’t take anything from the people, but instead gives freely, pointing to a God who sees and cares.
How the Social Hub community supports the mission
As a member of the Social Hub community, Wagner is also beginning to explore how storytelling can expand the mission. For now, he sends monthly email updates to about 80 supporters but he’s currently transitioning to newsletter platform to make that process more efficient and impactful.
The Social Hub community recently encouraged Wagner to document parts of his journey, not for attention, but for connection. By capturing and sharing moments from the field (while honoring the dignity of those he serves), Wagner can invite more people to pray, give, and go. Content will soon become another tool in the Reaching the Unreached toolkit, helping more people see and support the work God is doing through this mission.
Wagner’s boldness, humility, and consistency are a powerful reminder of what the Social Hub is all about: people using their gifts to make a difference. We’re honored to champion *Reaching the Unreached* and walk alongside Wagner as he brings hope to places and people the world often overlooks.
